If you cannot find a suitable time in the online appointment booking, it is a good idea to call the appointment booking service and ask about other times. Last-minute cancellations and possible changes to working hours may not be reflected online immediately.
If you would like to ask about dental care by phone, you can also book an appointment for a consultation (fees apply) using the online appointment booking system. In this case, a dentist or dental hygienist will call you at the time you have booked.
Cancellations must be made no later than the weekday prior to the treatment and 24 hours before the booked appointment. You can cancel by email to info@hammasdiana.fi or by calling the appointment reservation number 010 439 4290. For appointments that are not cancelled or cancelled late, we reserve the right to charge €30/booked 15 min treatment time.
Our appointment booking is open Mon–Thu 8am–4pm and Fri 8am–12pm. Exceptions may occur. Online appointment booking is open 24/7. During holidays, our phone appointment booking is usually open on weekdays 9am–1pm (exceptions especially during summer holidays and Christmas).
